Evan Jones based in Dundee, was registered in 1991 as Specialist
Battlefields Guide. Also a registered Kwa Zulu-Natal Provincial
guide he also takes clients on tailor-made tours throughout KZN
, the Free State and Northern Cape provinces. He has acquired
a vast knowledge of both the battlefields and his beautiful home
province of KZN. His easy going, professional and informative
presentations are delivered with wit and humour, and bring out
his long held passion for history and the battlefields. He is
a full time independent tour operator and has previously been
awarded Tour Operator of the Year by KwaZulu-Natal Tourism, and
has received many other service accolades.
In 2007 he was awarded badge No 27 by the International
Guild of Battlefield guides, and became the first South African
to receive this prestigious award.
